1.) Cange this ugly style as it is to hard for newbis to figure stuff out. 
2.) Take those icons off, it will make the forum better.
3.) Need more active members

Actually a lot of people like this style, and I would like to keep it for another month.
And those icons do look better on the forums.

Ya i agree that the icons make the forum look 10X better without its really borin and with type of forum (advertising) it is REALLY important to keep things interesting!
Also if i might ask Where did you get those icons? Was there a website or something?

Yes there was a website.
There are a lot of websites have supply icons for forums. Just go to google, yahoo, etc. and type in Forum Icons.
